The Factory League is where skill development meets real game experience. Designed for athletes ages 7 to 14, the league gives players the opportunity to take what they have learned in clinics and apply it during structured 3-on-3 basketball. With fewer players on the court, every athlete gets more touches, makes more decisions, and stays involved in the action.

Players develop spacing, ball movement, communication, teamwork, defence, and basketball IQ while learning how to respond to real game situations. This season, we are making the league even stronger with tighter age divisions for 7–8, 9–10, and 11–12, helping create fairer and more competitive matchups. The league currently operates as co-ed, with plans to potentially introduce separate boys' and girls' divisions later in the year.

We are also introducing new league awards that recognize more than just scoring. Players will have the opportunity to earn League MVP, Most Improved Player, and Best Teammate Awards, highlighting growth, leadership, effort, and character.

The 7–8 division will now include free throws, giving younger athletes an early introduction to important game rules while helping them develop confidence and composure at the line. A new team foul limit will also be introduced to encourage proper defensive positioning and reduce excessive fouling. Once a team commits more than nine fouls in a half, the 10th foul and every foul after that, whether common or shooting, will result in free throws for the opposing team.

The Factory League is ideal for athletes who are ready to move beyond drills, gain confidence in gameplay, compete in a positive environment, and learn how to use their skills when it matters most.
