The Factory Basketball Academy rep program is designed for players who want to play competitive basketball and compete against other clubs within the Ontario Basketball Association (OBA) and beyond.

Factory Elite is the competitive REP basketball pathway for committed athletes who are ready to train with purpose, compete as a team, and pursue a higher level of play.
With boys' and girls' options from U12 through U16, Factory Elite teams compete against other clubs within the Ontario Basketball Association and may participate in additional competitive opportunities throughout the season.
Athletes receive focused instruction in advanced individual skills, basketball conditioning, offensive and defensive systems, transition play, positioning, communication, and game strategy. Players learn structured offences, defensive responsibilities, set plays, and the discipline required to succeed within a competitive team environment.
Factory Elite also emphasizes qualities that extend beyond the scoreboard. Goal setting, leadership, teamwork, accountability, resilience, and a strong work ethic are central to the program.
This pathway is for athletes who are prepared to be coached, support their teammates, work consistently, and represent Factory Basketball Academy with character on and off the court.
