Last Updated: July 24, 2026

The Factory Basketball Academy is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all athletes, coaches, parents, officials, volunteers, and spectators. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected of everyone participating in our programs, activities, and events.

Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Conduct ("Code") is to ensure a safe and positive environment within all Academy programs, activities, and events by making all individuals aware that appropriate behaviour is expected at all times.

The Factory Basketball Academy is committed to providing an environment where every individual is treated with dignity and respect. We support equal opportunity and prohibit discriminatory practices. All participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, fairness, and respect toward others.

Conduct that violates this Code may result in disciplinary action by The Factory Basketball Academy, applicable Provincial or Territorial Sport Organizations, or Canada Basketball.

Application of This Code

This Code applies to conduct that occurs during Academy business, programs, practices, competitions, camps, clinics, tryouts, travel, meetings, and all other Academy activities.

This Code also applies to conduct occurring outside Academy activities where that conduct negatively affects relationships within the Academy or harms the Academy's reputation.
