Will my child play in games or scrimmages?
Yes. Even in our youngest age groups we incorporate fun gameplay. Older ages will have more structured scrimmages to help build confidence and apply what they learn in practice.
Who are the coaches and what are their qualifications?
Our coaches are experienced players and leaders who love working with kids. They have been trained to focus on skill development, teamwork, and creating a positive sports environment.
Our head coach, Coach Matt Lue-Hue, is certified to coach at the University level.
Where are the practices held?
Locations vary by age group and season. You will receive your specific location and schedule when you register. Once registration opens you'll find all the information you need on our website’s registration page for quick reference.
What should my child bring to each session?
Comfortable athletic clothing, indoor running shoes, and a water bottle. It’s also important for each child to bring their own basketball. To see what size they’ll need you can visit this page.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
If your child cannot continue due to illness or other circumstances, contact us as soon as possible. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and always aim to be fair.
What is the cost and are there any discounts?
Pricing depends on the age group and program. We currently offer a sibling discount and occasional promotions. Check the registration page for up-to-date details.
What age groups do you offer programs for?
We offer programs for kids ages 4 to 15. Each age group is taught at an appropriate level so they can learn skills with confidence and have fun while doing it.
How long are the sessions and the season?
For the intro to basketball groups our sessions are 30min each. Our house leagues run from 60min to 2 hours depending on the age. Each season runs for 8-12 weeks depending on the holiday calendar (for example, we take breaks for Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Do you accept beginners?
Yes! Many athletes join with little to no experience. Our coaches create a positive and encouraging environment where every child can learn at their own pace.
Can parents stay and watch?
Absolutely! We love having parents cheer and encourage their kids. We just ask that parents remain in the designated viewing areas and let the coaches do the coaching.
